About Me.

I'm Jeremiah Cavendish Agar, the founder of Foundary Records.

I started Foundary from a huge passion for music, particularly for discovering and helping emerging artists grow.

My journey towards Foundary began in early 2024, when I made the decision to leave university. I hadn't found what I wanted to do, but I knew I needed to find it.

I then worked in landscaping, where I unexpectedly developed skills in project management, planning, budgets and working to timelines. It made me realise that I wanted to take those skills and apply them to something I genuinely cared about.

Music.

I went on to gain experience through an internship at a record label before deciding to build Foundary myself.

What has always fascinated me about artists is their journey. Every artist starts somewhere, and every journey is completely different. I became particularly drawn to working with young, hungry and talented artists who have the ideas and ambition to build something of their own.

I'm someone who loves ideas and dreams, but even more than that, I love turning them into something real.

That's what Foundary is about.
